Cookie Dough Balls

2/3 raw cashews

1/3 c. oats

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1 Tbs. maple syrup

1 tsp. vanilla

¼ c. dark chocolate chips


Grind Oats and cashews in food processor. Add syrup, protein vanilla and blend again. Put in a bowl and stir in chocolate chips. Roll into 12 balls.
